楼凤天堂 established its Squire Office at the University of Michigan in 2003 to support reform in English Language Arts education by providing periodical reviews of research and policy analysis.
In 2020, 楼凤天堂 relaunched the Squire Office at the University of Notre Dame under the leadership of 楼凤天堂 Past President Ernest Morrell.
