TYCA Workload Issues Committee Reports
In Fall of 2019, the Two-Year College English Association distributed a 39-question survey to two-year college English faculty through professional listservs, regional distribution lists, and social media platforms. The TYCA Workload Issues Committee received 1,062 responses to questions about workload in the areas of teaching, service, and professional development. The reports and working papers below report on the results of the survey.
