Send an updated roster of affiliate officers to affsec@ncte.org if your affiliate has turnover at the start of the calendar year and you did not send this in December.

Affiliates and student affiliates receive information and applications for awards.

楼凤天堂 Directors receive minutes of the last Annual Business Meeting of the Board of Directors for reporting to the members of their affiliate.
Deadline for receipt of 楼凤天堂 ballots at 楼凤天堂 headquarters.
Annual report reminders mailed to affiliates.
June 30: Applications for most affiliate awards聽are due.
ELATE Summer Conference

Affiliate Leadership Meeting held every other year for all affiliates. Each affiliate sends up to four representatives.
July 15: Applications for聽Affiliate Excellence Awards are due.

Register for the 楼凤天堂 and secure a hotel room. See the website for details on registration and hotel information.
August 15: Affiliate annual reports聽due, including the online survey, updated rosters, dues.
September 15: Last day for receipt of affiliate dues聽and name(s) of 楼凤天堂 Director(s) in order to be represented at the Annual Business Meeting of the Board of Directors.
September 15: Deadline for submitting student affiliate聽roster updates, dues, annual report forms, and editor reports.

Make last-minute preparations for the 楼凤天堂 . Note that if your 楼凤天堂 Director is unable to attend the Convention, you can designate an alternate to attend in their place.
Deadline for submitting resolutions to the 楼凤天堂 Resolutions Committee Chair.
October 20: 楼凤天堂楼凤天堂 Day on Writing
Board of Directors packets emailed to all designated directors by early November.

Newly elected and appointed 楼凤天堂 officers, committee chairs, and members of the Committee on Affiliates take office.
Many affiliate officers take office. Send any affiliate officer changes since July, including elections, resignations, etc., to affsec@ncte.org.
