Judge
Two judges read each composition electronically and score using a rubric and guidelines. Judges are assigned submissions from any state or location outside of their own. The judging process is usually March – May each year.

Recognizing Excellence in Art and Literary Magazines
Judge
Each magazine entry is evaluated by two judges working independently. Judges examine a variety of aspects of each magazine using a scoring sheet and pertinent information provided by the entering schools. The judging process takes place in the fall each year.
