Badge & Meal Card Pickup
All 2025 ELATE Summer Conference attendees, guests of attendees, and event staff are required to wear a badge at the College of Charleston. Please see below for dates, times, and locations for badge and meal card pickup.

Meal Cards and Dining Hall
#ELATE2025 attendees who registered on or before June 29 will receive a meal card at badge pick-up. The following meals will be provided at theÌý, 30 St. Philip Street.

Parking Information
Parking through the College of Charleston Housing is available for $15 per day if you reach out by July 8, 2025. Email summerhousing@cofc.edu with your arrival and departure dates to receive a vehicle registration document and payment link.
