September 2021 #Â¥·ïÌìÌÃchat: Latinx Heritage: From a Month of Focus to a Year of Relevance

Join us on Sunday, September 19, at 8:00 p.m. ET for an #Â¥·ïÌìÌÃchat where Â¥·ïÌìÌà member and author David Bowles ()Ìýwill lead a conversation on the importance of Latinx Heritage Month and recognizing it throughout the year.

David Bowles is an associate professor and coordinator of the English education program at the University of Texas Río Grande Valley. He is the award-winning author and translator of more than two dozen books, among them They Call Me Güero and My Two Border Towns.
